The home includes 5 beautifully decorated bedrooms, including a king room, 3 queen rooms, and a bunk room with a full-over-full bunk plus a twin trundle for the kids. Each room features a welcoming atmosphere, and high-end sheets are provided for added comfort.

Bathrooms
There are 3 well-appointed bathrooms. The primary bath offers the convenience of a tub or walk-in shower, double vanity, and a spacious walk-in closet. A second bathroom with a shower/tub combo is shared between two Queen bedrooms. The third full bathroom, also with a shower/tub combo, serves the third Queen and bunk room. All bathrooms are stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Kitchen/Dining/Living
The kitchen, dining, and living room create an open gathering space for family and friends. The dining table seats 8, with 3 additional stools at the kitchen island, and the living room offers plenty of comfortable seating. We loved this place! The owners were quick to respond to questions and reached out to check on us after we got to the house. The house and neighborhood is so nice. The golf cart rides to the beach and to get ice cream was our favorite. We will be back!

Wonderful location, a home with all the amenities also a beautiful retreat on the Forgotten Coast. New build, with nice design and very wholesome feel. Easy access to pools, miles of private beach, town center and everything and more you can dream of in a Florida vacation. Makes you feel part of nature, very inviting, warm with attention to detail that surpasses any standard five star stay. It's a place that has a lot of love poured into it. Would definitely enjoy coming back for another stay.

We really enjoyed our visit, the house was perfect for our family. It was our first time in the area and we will definitely be back! The 6 seater golf cart was great for traveling to the towne center, pool & beach. We all enjoyed having the game room to pass the time during any sporadic showers. The was host was wonderful to work with - very informative & responsive.
