I recently stayed at this property, which was initially listed as a one-bedroom apartment but turned out to be a studio. This unexpected change in accommodation led to discomfort for my two guests and me due to the limited space. We anticipated more room to move around comfortably. Upon contacting the host, she explained it was a VRBO error and offered a refund of 28, which was insufficient for the inconvenience caused.Despite the space constraints, I had very few complaints about our stay. The host was very responsive and provided additional blankets and towels upon request. The apartment was nicely decorated and mostly well-equipped, although the bathroom was quite small.Unfortunately, after my checkout, the host falsely accused me of smoking in the unit, citing my complaints as evidence, and requested a payment of 250. This was disappointing, as I intended to recommend the unit due to the oasis feel of the complex and decoration of the unit, which made the space as comfortable as possible for three people in a small area. Overall, while the host was initially helpful and apologetic, the experience was marred by the false accusation and inadequate refund.
