Clean, nicely furnished house, as depicted in photos on VRBO site; comfortable beds; adequately equipped kitchen; very convenient to Rt. 95, without noticeable highway traffic noise; extra (unpaved) parking behind house is helpful, though on-street parking is usually available; communication with owner very easy and unobtrusive; close proximity to grocery stores; great pizza available just down the street

Overall, the stay was great! The host was responsive and kind in communication. The place was lovely, clean, comfortable, and in a great location.The only hiccups were a little bit of difficulty at first getting the lockbox to open (I think the lever was bit sticky), a fire alarm battery that needed to be replaced (to which the host responded effectively), and that the designated parking was hard to find as we had to enter through an alley to get to the back of the house.

Perfect for sports moms for tournaments in Richmond

Excellent place for “sports moms”. The 4 bedrooms are all very spacious and the house setup is perfect to give privacy and ample of space. Location is also excellent; a block away from grocery store and 10 minutes walk from Whole Foods.Ample of parking and eating places around. 16 minutes from henrico sports complex and 5 from convention center was ideal for us. Kitchen is also easy for breakfast and bathrooms very spaciousThe place was very clean and instructions for check in very easily. The host also was very responsive Highly recommended place for sporting events. You can easily share with 3-4 “volleyball moms”
