Living sofa was extremely uncomfortable with no support sinking down so low it made it very difficult to stand up. Living room and kitchen also never warmed up to a comfortable temperature. Heater in downstairs bathroom kicked on and off continuously. Other than those issues place was very nice, hot tub was enjoyable and ski in and ski out was convenient.
