The open-concept living area features two plush blue sofas, a large flat-screen TV, and vibrant coastal accents. Gather around the round coffee table or enjoy casual meals at the nearby dining nook with seating for four. The fully equipped kitchen boasts quartz countertops, stainless appliances, a blender, a toaster, and a dual coffee/espresso maker—everything you need for a relaxing stay. The large kitchen peninsula includes seating for four with stylish barstools, perfect for sipping coffee or chatting with the cook.
Step outside to your private, covered balcony with cushioned seating and views overlooking the property—perfect for morning coffee or evening wine in the Gulf breeze.
The primary bedroom includes two queen beds with an en-suite bath, a flat-screen TV, and calming beach décor - ideal for extra guests or kids. The second bedroom has a king bed just off the hall bath, charming accents, and a mounted flat-screen TV. Both bathrooms are stocked with plush towels, coastal-themed art, and updated fixtures.
You’ll also enjoy a stackable washer and dryer conveniently located in the hall closet, making it easy to refresh beach towels and swimsuits during your stay.

PLEASE NOTE: Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book/check in. Reservations by those under 25 will be canceled.
You’ll receive all check-in information via email, including your access code for the electronic door lock. The access code will be sent on the day of check-in to the email address you provided when booking. When you arrive, please stop by the front office to check in and pick up parking passes for each vehicle. Be prepared to provide the license plate number, make, and model for each vehicle in your group. We’re here to help get you settled in, then we’ll give you space to relax and enjoy your stay. If you need anything at all, we’re just a call or message away!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off all lights, and leave the ceiling fans on. Please lock the deadbolt for the back patio/balcony. The front door will auto-lock when closed.
Load all dirty dishes into the dishwasher, add a dishwasher pod, and start the cycle. Wash any extras by hand. In warm months, set the A/C to 76°F. In cold months, set the heat to 68°F.
Remove all trash before departure and place it in the nearest blue trash dumpsters. Trash dumpsters are located near Buildings A, D, and G.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
THE MINIMUM AGE TO RENT IS 25. No Exceptions! Please note, that we are a family-friendly property! The guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement.
Check-in 4PM - Check-out 11AM. No smoking. No pets. No parties/events. ALL pool rules must be followed!
Check in at front office for parking permits. All renters must have parking permits to avoid violating house rules and being towed at renter's expense
