Bright & Spacious apt by the sea

The apartment is independent and completely at disposal of our guests. You will fall in love because of its central location in a safe neighborhood, lots of natural daylight with plenty of space and it’s proximity to the beach and all services you may need far from home. Our apartment is great for couples or a family of up 6 people on vacation or work. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, free WiFi and two brand new air conditioning units for your comfort during hot days. One unit is in the master bedroom and the other in the living room where is also the queen sofa bed. The apartment has one balcony that faces the street and a small terrace that faces the house garden.
Only few minutes drive is the long Poetto beach, located between the cities of Quartu Sant’Elena and Cagliari. Along the Poetto beach are several bars and restaurants, nice point of refreshment during the day and lively venues at night. The Poetto has a pedestrian road and bike lanes where people stroll all day. In Quartu S.E. you can visit, Molentargius - Saline Natural Park - a wetland home to several waterfowl bird species that stopover, wintering and have their nest there, one of them are the pink flamingos - get your camera ready!
Ours is a great location to explore the South of Sardinia with all its gorgeous beaches and archeological sites. Only 30 min / 45 min drive east are the most popular beaches of Villassimius, Costa Rei, Cala Pira and many others, on the west you find Chia, Tuerredda, Cala Cipolla, Su Giudeu and many others.
Only 10 min drive you are in Cagliari, the largest city of Sardinia, which has an interesting historical city center located on top of several hills facing the harbor, great for sightseeing and walking arounds its narrow streets.
A car is recommended to explore all these beautiful sites, however you can also move around by bus or bike within the close by attractions.
