Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Smoking is Allowed — Smoking permitted with windows open. Please use ashtrays and do not discard cigarette butts on the ground or in planters. No smoking in beds to avoid burns and stains.
Clean-Up Expectations Bag all trash and dispose of it in the front dumpster (all trash must be bagged). Any furniture moved must be returned to its original location.
Due to recent complaints of previous guests disturbing my neighbors, I insist that you keep noise & foot traffic to a minimum when checking in/out! Please DO NOT congregate by the front door!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The fridge wasn’t clean or freezer it had sticky stuff in the freezer , a container had mold in it inside the fridge. The shower head didn’t work. The blinds in every room was broken.

It is our sincerest apologies your stay was not very pleasant. We were not aware of the state of the fridge/ freezer and have taken it up with our cleaning team. To our knowledge, the shower head was working and if there were any problems we would have had it handled right away if contacted! And lastly, our apologies about the blinds, they were damaged and do need to be replaced, yes! We appreciate your feedback!
