For me, life is all about spending quality time with family, relaxing on the beach and getting in a round of golf whenever I can. Over the years, the Jersey shore has become a second home - a place filled with great memories, ocean breezes and friends.

Recently, my brother and I had the opportunity to fully renovate this beautiful beach house in Margate, NJ. We poured alot of time, effort and care into bringing it back to life - blending modern comfort with coastal charm to create a space that feels fresh, inviting, and perfect for a summer vacation.

We chose Margate not just for its beautiful coastline, but the conveniences it has to offer - the best restaurants on the Jersey shore, proximity to Atlantic City for a night out and close to Ocean City for a day on the boardwalk with the kids.
