Loved it

Loved staying in this beautiful Margate Beach house. Close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and the Bay. The house was perfect: well appointed, great seating areas indoors and on decks, easy parking, and very comfortable and spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. The host, Nicole, was responsive and helpful. There were also plenty of beach, chairs, beach, toys, umbrellas, etc. Hope to stay here again next year.

Excellent property. Owner let down by cleaning service.

Excellent and comfortable property. Ideal for family or friends for a relaxed time at the beach. Property is well stocked with all items you need at the beach: towels, chairs, umbrellas, carts. Excellent location for everything: restaurants beach, bay side entertainment. Quick drive to OC and AC. Property owner cares that you have a great experience and is in constant contact. Receptive to any comments on ways to improve the property. Unfortunately the owner was let down by the cleaning service prior to our stay. The property appeared to have been cleaned but the service had done a very poor rushed job. Dust filled vacume cleaner left in lounge Laundry left damp in the dryer with lint tray over clogged (fire hazard). Dinning table and microwave not cleaned. One bedroom closet had dirt/dust on the shelving. On a final note. If you are going to entertain at the property. Flatware and glassware are limited. Overall. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again. Thanks.
