Stay in the heart of New Smyrna Beach in this 2 bed, 2 bath apartment on world-famous Flagler Avenue! Just steps from the beach, top-rated dining, and unique shops, it features a fully equipped kitchen, an inviting living space, private parking for one car, and a peaceful balcony overlooking the charming courtyard below. Perfect for couples, families, or friends seeking comfort and convenience. Enjoy the best of NSB right outside your door—your ideal beach escape awaits!
One (1) Ring doorbell camera is at the front entrance and turned on. Recordings of audio and video take place at the front door area when motion is detected.
Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in.
A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 4-7 days (depending on credit card used), the security hold will be released and re-held each 4-7 day period of your stay.
Parking:
One (1) Uncovered car-sized parking space in rear lot (Dedicated), Street parking on Flagler Avenue (First Come, First Served). All are offered free of charge to guests.

Fantastic location. You can walk down stairs to eat and drink. Short walk to eveything else in including the beach. One note is the unit is not child proof so you will need to keep an eye on little ones.If you know NSB and Flagler, if practically impossible to find parking at any peak times and this place has a reserved parking spot off the main street with easy access and close to the unit. Area is gated at night which is nice as well.
