This condo is very small and no frills. It was very clean with updates to the kitchen and bathrooms. Newer flooring as well. However, all of the furniture needs to be replaced. The couch and chair are ragged and squeaky, the master queen bed mattress is sagging on both sides so if you try to sleep in the middle you're sleeping on a hump, flat as a pancake pillows, the coffee table is very shaky and the dining table has seen better days. With that being said, the location absolutely cannot be beat. Beachfront and within 2 blocks of Flagler Ave with all the restaurants and bars. Free parking for one car was also nice and the pool was clean and refreshing. So if you're basing your choice on location, this is your place, but if you're expecting top of the line, shiny and new this is not for you.
