The Quads: 4 Cabins + Pool & Courts

🌲 Welcome to THE QUADS- Arboles, Coba, Hartwood, Rincon! These are a unique set of 4 individual cabins in close proximity + walking distance to one another. Each cabin has a similar aesthetic, offering a unique touch on the interior decor.

🏊 ***Each cabin has a 8x20 heated pool perfectly designed for year-round enjoyment with a cozy 5ft depth -- private to each cabin + Large Sport Court: Pickleball and Basketball Court with all equipment (basketballs, pickleballs, and paddles) communal for the 4 cabins in close proximityin the back and the 4 cabins will have a sport court with basketball and pickle ball with all equipment (basketballs, pickleballs, and paddles) + a playscape

🏠 GATHER (All 4 cabins)
One story, open-concept living/dining/kitchen space, vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows + sliding doors run full length of cabin, sliding doors open to 700 sq ft deck. We provide a convenient Pack and Play for your little one’s comfort, as well as a highchair to make mealtime easier during your stay.

Leathered granite counters + island with barstool seating, open shelving + closed cabinets, designated pantry space, farmhouse sink, fully stocked kitchen.

🌿 RETREAT-
Coba (sleeps 6) and Hartwood (sleeps 6):
One primary suite with king bed + wardrobe + full ensuite bathroom with sleek walk-in shower + access to the outdoor deck. Two private secondary bedrooms with king beds. Bathroom with tub/shower combo + quartz countertops + custom Riad tile throughout.

Arboles (sleeps 9) and Rincon (sleeps 8):
Three bedrooms: One primary suite with king bed + wardrobe + full ensuite bathroom with sleek walk-in shower + access to the outdoor deck. Two private secondary bedrooms - one with a king bed and the third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. Bathroom with tub/shower combo + quartz countertops + custom Riad tile throughout.

🌄 ESCAPE (all 4 cabins)-
Each cabin has 700 sq. ft. deck runs the length of the cabin's indoor living space for seamless indoor-outdoor living. Covered hot tub to enjoy rain or shine. Gas fire pit + grill on deck, both hard lined to propane. Stairs from the deck lead to space for kids to run + fire pit in the woods with plenty of room to gather around. Guests will also have access to a play-set that is shared between the three other cabins on the cul de sac. Private, gravel driveway and parking spaces.
Fireplaces will be unavailable for use from June through October 1st.
Please handle the sport court equipment with care and return it to its designated area after use to avoid any potential charges.
**Dog friendly-PET FEE REQUIRED-2 Max not to exceed 50 pounds each. This is per cabin

🏊 Pool Use & Heating: A non-refundable pool fee of $100 per cabin covers weekly service and chemicals.

Optional pool heating is available per cabin during Oct 1–Apr 30 for $200 (first 3 days) + $40/day after, if requested. The pool is managed by the property manager and typically stays 75–85°F, though an exact temperature cannot be guaranteed. The heater is turned on the day of your arrival. Heating is unavailable May 1–Sept 30.

🔐 Guests will have full private access to the cabins. Guests will access the cabin using a secure pin code that will be sent prior to arrival.

🌲 Woodland Hills is a unique new development in Broken Bow, which lends itself to more privacy and peace of surrounding nature than other developments in the area. The cabins in Woodland Hills are truly changing the game in Broken Bow with custom designs. If you've stayed in Broken Bow before, you'll know the feel of Woodland Hills is truly special!

🌾 "Of all the paths you take in life, make sure a few of them are dirt." The cabins are located 4 miles west of 259 down Cress Road, which is a dirt road. It's regularly maintained, but we always like to let guests know what to expect for this portion of the drive. It's completely doable in smaller sedan-like cars, but you may prefer an SUV or larger car if you have that option. Driving directions are sent to guests prior to their stay via the digital guest guidebook.

📹 The Quads have exterior cameras that are monitored for security purposes.

**After booking you will be required to submit a pre-arrival form, show ID, and sign our rental agreement. If you are bringing a pet, you must disclose this. This property is a contactless self check in. Code will be sent 3 days before check in.
