A beautiful waterfront home right in the heart of historic Sag Harbor.

From the gorgeous pool area overlooking Sag Harbor Cove to the full-floor master suite to the large chef's kitchen, this handsome- Campion Platt designed- home invites relaxation.

The decor is sophisticated comfort. On the top floor: a master bedroom suite with office, dressing room and bath. Guest bedrooms are on the second floor and the main floor contains the chef's kitchen, parlor, dining and living rooms.

There is a lower level with a large TV room as well as bedroom and bath.

And you will not believe the beautiful waterfront cottage. It is a lovely 1 bedroom suite with a screened porch and a small kitchen.

Ideal location: a five-minute walk to historic Main Street. 10-minute ride to one of the most beautiful beaches in the country.
