Location was great! as advertised...The outdoor space: pool and bay combo is tranquil.Very big house with all the amenities. Really no reason to leave the property. We would rent again.

The location was perfect and the view was breathtaking, especially the sunrise. The pool was refreshing and enjoyed by everyone. The house easily accommodated our family of 8. The owner Craig was easily accessible and quickly responded to our requests. It was a great family vacation.

The pool and the ocean view with the beach were phenomenal! The king and Queen mattresses need replacing as they are very soft. Kitchen supplies were a little lacking. But overall it was a great place and we would stay there again!

The location was great! We were 10 minutes away from Island Vista Marina where we rented a pontoon boat for crabbing and we came back to cook the crabs and eat them out back by the bay watching the boats go by. Perfect getaway for our family!

The water views are magnificent. The house is beautiful. However, The pool needs some maintenance. Unfortunately, we got quite a bit of rain, but still enjoyed ourselves. Watched movies on a huge, huge TV screen. And we brought some games to play.

This house was in an excellent location and the pool was a huge plus. Located in a quiet and private area. The house itself needs some updating and fixing appliances but overall, I would stay here again. The host was very responsive to the issues.
