The property is located a walking distance to the beach. The pool was a nice add-on to the property, however, the property was lacking in other things. The kitchen needs to be updated. The fridge barely cools to the point we had to put the food on the freezer. The faucet on the kitchen sink is falling apart. The cups and plates seemed dirty and greasy. We had to go buy disposable ones for our use. The living room should have at least a fan to combat the heat. It was unbearable sitting at the living room. We spend most out time inside the pool to bear the heat. If the property owner updates the faucets in the kitchen and bathroom, as well as, replacing the fridge with a new one this property would be nicer.
