Cute 2br Condo. Short walk to the beach. Close to shopping, restaurants & golf.
Enjoy the glow of the sunlight in this charming 2br condo with vaulted ceilings throughout. Full kitchen for family meals or late night snacks after a full day at the beach followed by outlet shopping. Only 250 yards to the beach, 2.3 miles to Tanger Outlets, 4.5 miles to Barefoot Landing and 8 miles to Broadway at the Beach. Beach access leads directly to the famous Apache Pier, the longest wooden fishing pier on the East Coast. You can relax in the spacious living room or the screened in balcony . Enjoy either of the two large pools, hot tub, sauna or the newly redone tennis/pickelball courts. Grilling and outdoor dining area also available for use. If you need great food close by, Harry the Hats, an on-site restaurant and bar, is a local favorite.
Arcadian Dunes is a quiet complex that has staff on-site 24-7.

The location was good, the pools were nice, and the unit was fine. It was just the cleanliness that was an issue. The kitchen cupboards had food spilled all over them and there was a dirty pan in the oven and In the cupboards. All of the light switches/door handles were dirty. We went to use an extra blanket from in the closet and it smelled like urine. There were dirty socks under one of the beds. Behind the couch along the window/carpet there was rat/mouse droppings.
