A brilliant bathroom with a bathtub, and a cozy living room with a Queen sized sofa bed, a skylight and a foldable dining table for 6. Guests can enjoy amenities like an outdoor furnished patio with BBQ, Wood burning FirePit and lounge chairs, washing/drying machine, Central Air, Heating, WiFi, Printer, TV, Available Beach accessories and more. An extra Den room available for use. Driveway Parking for 3 Cars with additional parking on the street available. Enjoy your time in Lake Como/Belmar at our Bright and Newly Renovated Beach House.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please take trash out to bins outside and empty fridge. Do not leave any items for us: ex. Alcohol, food. Turn off outdoor lights during the day.
Turn off lights and lock doors. Make sure propane gas tank is OFF in the grill and fire pit is out.
Please keep outdoor lights off during the day. Please leave out garbage bins on the curb by Sunday and Thursday night as they pick up MON+FRI early am. Recycling pick up Thurs AM
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We do not accept third party bookings
You are responsible for any damages to the house caused by you or your guests.. Do not disturb quiet and peace of neighbors
All fridge itmes to be emptied and garbage disposed into trash bins outside upon check out
