I grew up and went to school in South Lyon. My wife and I co-mange the property with my mom. She's at the house a lot when it's not being rented.
Why they chose this property
- Please Note this property is on a dirt road. Easily accessible and easy to navigate.
You are on a lake, in a wooded area – spiders and insects are unavoidable. We treat the house every month for pests to help control them, but you will see them.
Do not leave windows or doors open, all insects and some curious wildlife (squirrels and chipmunks ) will enter the house. If you have a pet, please keep it on a leash for their protection.
RULES
-We reserve the right to deny any bookings made by locals from Brighton, MI. If you are a local resident to the Brighton, MI area and wish to book this property you must share the reason for your stay. Determination will be made case by case basis.
-Parties must have a track record of 3 confirmed stays on the Airbnb platform before they are allowed to book with us.
