We've been living in Park Circle for over 15 years and love sharing the best neighborhood in Charleston with guests.
Why they chose this property
Park Circle is known for it's sense of community and welcoming energy. There’s always something happening - from farmers markets and food truck festivals to live music and community festivals. The neighborhood is incredibly walkable, with tree-lined streets, friendly neighbors, and great local restaurants. Plus, the marsh views and green spaces make it easy to slow down and enjoy Charleston’s natural beauty.

What makes our property stand out is its perfect mix of peace and convenience. You’ll enjoy beautiful marsh views from the back porch, yet you’re just 10–15 minutes from downtown Charleston, 20 minutes from the beach, and close to everything the area has to offer. The home sits within walking distance of Park Circle’s breweries, restaurants, and live events, giving you easy access to one of Charleston’s most vibrant neighborhoods. Inside, the house is spacious, comfortable, and family-friendly — a quiet retreat that keeps you connected to all the best parts of the Lowcountry.
