Great little camp site with a perfect little cabin. There is so much to do in the North Cascades we didn't spend much time at camp, next time I think I'll book a longer stay so I can enjoy the camp as much as a surrounding area.

I stayed at Cascade Nook in Marblemount and loved the setting. The surroundings are beautiful, and it's a great launch point for the North Cascades. We saw bears while exploring the area, and Diablo Lake is very close by.The owner was friendly and helpful, and there was plenty of camping gear available, which is handy if you're missing something or travelling light.A few things to know before you book:* No electricity on site. Plan for this if you need to charge devices or run appliances. Bring power banks or a portable battery.* No washroom on site. Come prepared, and check with the owner about the nearest facilities.* No EV charging. If you're driving an EV, charge up beforehand and plan your route. If you're comfortable with a rustic, off-grid stay, this is a great spot for the scenery and location alone. I'd happily return, with better preparation next time.

My family used this place as a base camp from which to backpack. As such, it worked. However, it wasn't great, and the bathrooms were far away. Make sure you print all instructions if you arrive at night. With limited internet, it will frustrate you (as it did us) that the address isn't where the place actually is located. That wasted a lot of time. Also, when you get the card from the mailbox to open the gate--also get the key.

Great glamp spot at the doorstep of the north cascades. The A frame kept us dry during a massive downpour. The campsite is scenic with great amenities such as covered seating areas, grill, and fire pit. Plenty of parking. Would make an awesome spot for a big group. Lots of wildlife around the area.
