This 3rd floor lakefront condo has 2 bedrooms with king size beds, new mattresses, and 2 full bathrooms, a living room and a dining area. It has a beautiful balcony overlooking the pond, the pool area and the clubhouse.

TRASH pick up
The Valet trash butler picks up the trash at your door 3 times a week, Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday nights around 7 pm.

Please place your trash bags in the trash bin outside your door, no more than two bags, maximum weight 25 pds each.

If you have any boxes, please break them down flat and please come next to the trash bin, no more than two boxes small to medium size.
