Located in Sun City, on the north golf course this welcoming house features 3 cozy bedrooms - 2 with king beds and 1 with a queen bed. With amenities like all new appliances, AC, and WiFi, guests can relax and unwind. Both bathrooms have been updated. There is a great outdoor seating area to watch the beautiful sunsets with patio string lights & roll down sun shades. Each room features black out curtains or shades. Feel free to reach out to us during your stay - we're happy to suggest local spots to check out. Rec Center and golf available thru the Sun City HOA and Rec Centers. We also have a street legal golf cart for $500 a month if we have it available. Your perfect getaway awaits in this newly updated modern simple home.
