Nice little cottage

We enjoyed our stay at the property! We booked it because of the outside space and it was great, but very hot. Perhaps a fan outside would make the outside area more enjoyable.

Loved the location and the cleanliness of this place. Never had to get in my car to go anywhere. Our interaction with the owner was excellent and she was attentive to anything we needed. We would stay again for so many reasons, but our host was absolutely the BEST!

Quick getaway

We had to come to Fort Lauderdale last minute for my daughter’s first National Judges cup for gymnastics. Hotels were pricey & my girls wanted to be close to the beach, we always wanted to be within walking distance of all the cool stuff. This was an excellent pick, wasn’t too pricey (definitely better price than the hotels) was close to everything even the beach. The girls& I loved it. It was close nice & comfy, we definitely enjoyed our stay. Owner was super nice & friendly, I’d definitely stay there again.

Wonderful

Took a trip to Lauderdale By The Sea with my adult children to show them where they used to live. What a nice cottage and perfect place to stay. Check in was so easy, the place was so clean, and comfy beds. Walking distance to everything! Denise was wonderful!! I am already looking forward to coming back next year & will definitely stay here again.

Close to Restaurants and Beach

The house is super cute and in a great location, close to restaurants and the beach. The owner was very accommodating and responsive. The only negative comment we have was the noise. Being so close to a major intersection, you heard all of the road noise; cars, loud trucks, loud radios, and a lot of foot traffic.

Excellent location near the beach

Very short walk to the beach and pier! Cozy small house with modern renovations especially the bathroom. The backyard is quaint but no real privacy from other houses. Security issue with sliding door in the back not locking. Also guest have no control of the AC nor the fans.

Comfortable property

The property was adequately furnished and easy WiFi and TV instructions. The neighborhood was walkable to restaurants, beach and pharmacy, etc. There was an unpleasant odor when we 1st arrived, so we purchased air freshener and it seemed to take care of it for the 1 night we stayed. The back courtyard was nice and lit for evening use. The neighborhood is noisy with the main road just out front and neighbors played load music very late into the night. This had nothing to do with this property manager and I did not call to complain. Just noteworthy for families. Overall, convenient and matched listing.

Keese’s Cottage-1

Modern cottage close to the beach and restaurants. Like others mentioned it could get a little noisy but wasn’t an issue in the back bedrooms. Tried to visit their cute Greek restaurant a couple times but they are busy so I’d recommend making a reservation. Overall would recommend

Lovely Cottage

I had a wonderful stay in a Lovely Beach Cottage. It was in a great location close to the Beach Restaurants. Lauderdale by the Sea is a lively area with lots to do. The Cottage is very modern & clean. Denise couldn’t be a better Host. I highly recommend this property & will hopefully be welcomed back.
