This is a one bath one room ,cozy cottage.Every unit in this complex is completely private. All the guests have parking assignment at booking and private entrance gates to their yards. CoinLaundry on premise. Ask for coins if need any. The cottages Have great location - 5 minutes walk to the beach and all entertainment Lauderdale by the sea has to offer. We have a great fishing pier .
You will have your Parking assignment after booking.
It is free for one car only. Parking is right in front of the unit.
All major grocery stores are within 10 -15 min walk from the location you are looking to book.
