About this property

**Perfectly located approximately 1 mile from the Hangout, Hwy. 59 and Walmart.**

**Unit 103 but on the 4th floor

I am excited to share our home away from home with you. I own/manage the condo; however we have housekeeping and maintenance close by in case there's a need. Our rates are lower than most rental agencies!

Lower level **Unit 103** You'll have access to a reserved parking place on the 4th level and only have to walk 1 flight of stair to this condo. However there is an elevator if you prefer.

Why did I choose to purchase a unit in this complex? Crystal shores west is a luxury condominium built in 2006 located on the beautiful beach of gulf shores. This unit is on the first floor (actual floor is 5th after parking) due to the 4 story parking below. You'll have breath taking views of the gulf and all its beauty. The spacious private balcony (accessible from master bedroom or living room) lets one truly enjoy the ultimate beauty of gulf shores. It is located near shopping, the hangout and restaurants in the heart of gulf shores. The units are larger/wider/newer and more up scale than the 'normal rental units.'

This elegantly decorated condo features large living room, dining area(seating for 8 with bar stools) fully equipped kitchen with granite counter-tops, two full sized bathrooms, fully furnished master bedroom with king size bed and fully furnished guest bedroom with queen size bed and twin, a blow up full mattress, high speed wireless internet and full size washer and dryer. Plus you have tile in all rooms which is much cleaner than carpet.

This building has all the amenities. Located on the first level one will find a gorgeously designed indoor-outdoor pool (zero entry to 4ft.) with fountain and hot-tub which is heated year around, fully equipped exercise room, activity center with pool tables, fuze ball, television etc., his and her bathrooms, sauna as well as our management office.

Amazing Beach Condo

This condo is amazing and just as advertised. This was my first time using VRBO and I was a little nervous, but Karen made the process super easy. Condo was steps from the beach and had a great view. It was wonderful being able to listen to the ocean at night. Cannot think of a single thing which was missing.

Golf Shores Condo

This property was ideal for my husband and I. We enjoyed the location ( right on the beach) and its closeness to restaurants and grocery stores. We particularly enjoyed the spaciousness and layout of the condo. We could have easily fit 3 more people comfortably.

Great getaway

We had a great time at Gulf Shores. The condo was very nice and fully stocked with whatever you need. The owner was very receptive, helpful and easy to contact. We had rain a couple of days so the workout room was a great option. We would stay there agian.

Beautiful place

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to have a great vacation, especially the amazing view and the large balcony. It was a nice touch to have starter necessities on hand like toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags and more. The parking space is tight but no one parked next to us the whole time so it was fine. You can also park outside. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Our only minor complaint was that the indoor pool was relatively small and usually crowded but that was because it was too windy by the outdoor pool and it wasn’t heated. In summer this wouldn’t be an issue. Plus we prefer the beach anyway. Great place, overall!
