Clean and quiet country home. Consider this tranquil setting and farmhouse as your home away from home while you visit the Indian River/Cheboygan area. This gorgeous property boasts 4 queen beds, and 2 twin beds spread across 4 bedrooms, perfect for couples, families or for a group getaway. With 4 bedrooms including ceiling fans, dimmable lighting, clothes storage, all new beds, pillows and linens, 2 bathrooms equipped with showers, towels, and basic amenities, guests will have everything they need for a comfortable stay. There is also a newly constructed mini wet bar for your enjoyment with glassware, coffee station, beverage cooler, and under counter ice maker. Enjoy your time inside or out at this unique country getaway.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please remove garbage from home upon check out and place in GFL garbage hopper at end of the driveway. If you had your dog during your stay, pick up any dog doo from yard and dispose of with garbage.
Remove unsealed items and food brought on your stay from refrigerator. Check the home over for personal items. Leave light above kitchen sink on. Fill out our guestbook and tell us about your stay.
Let us know if anything has been damaged, went missing, needs attention, or needs restocking. Lock all other doors before exiting the side door and pushing the lock button on deadbolt upon exiting.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Dogs are permitted for visits contingent upon hosts approval when requests are made via messaging before booking.
You are responsible for cleaning up after your pets and any damage caused by your pets. Pets not permitted on any beds, furniture or upstairs area.
Pets cannot be left unattended; they need to be crated or left in laundry room with gate up. Any damages caused by pets must be reported to the host.

Wonderful property great home base for northern adventure to see family in Cheboygan We loved the location, it sits far back off the road. Comfortable bed, lots of natural light, and nearly brand new! Easy key pad entry, and friendly and responsive host! We highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful stay at this property! The home was even more spacious than the photos captured, with an open design that made it easy for us to relax, lounge, and connect as a family. Upon arrival, we were greeted by turkey and deer, which set such a peaceful and welcoming tone. The setting is calm and serene, with neighbors at a comfortable distance we felt tucked away while still not too far from everything.Our favorite evenings were spent stargazing around the bonfire, making s’mores with the kids, and enjoying the quiet of nature. The kids especially loved the thoughtful extras like board games, and we really appreciated the well-stocked amenities—full sets of pots, pans, dishes, condiments, coffee, toiletries, and even a beautiful bar. Everything made us feel right at home.The host was outstanding! quick to respond to any questions and truly committed to making sure our stay was comfortable. The location was also perfect: peaceful, but close enough to enjoy summer day trips to nearby destinations.This property really has something for everyone, and we left with such special family memories. We can’t wait to come back!
