The cottage is a mixture of contemporary, vintage and antique pieces, creating a great space.
Located minutes away from the capital city Bridgetown, Kensington Oval and the beaches all within 10-15 mins walking.
Transportation links to the West and South Coasts, with restaurants bars and nightlife.

A taste of the real Barbados

An authentic Bajun property enabling us to get closer to Bajun life.Despite its urban setting we were thrilled by how vlose we were to the islands wildlife, such as monkeys, parakeets and lizards.

Cosy property in good location

A well maintained and cosy property. Facilities were good. Easy access to Bridgetown and Kensington Oval. I would suggest obtaining the telephone number from Jefferson prior to arriving at the airport as the property is not easy to locate. It is the first property on the right opposite the Lotus Wellness Clinic. Ideally suited for those who wish to self cater with supermarkets and bakery nearby. Would recommend a bus or taxi to Masseys supermarket at The Warrens where everything is available in store.

Sweet Lime Cottage ~ Sweet Indeed!

Super chill casual vibe. perfect for rest and relaxing. Well equipped cottage for those who enjoy cooking their own meals. Located in a picturesque, friendly neighbourhood. Walkable distance to grocery stores and easy access to Bridgetown city centre. Plenty of bakeries, restaurants and shops nearby. Close to buses and taxis for getting around the island. Hosts live in main house on premises. Jefferson and Jacqui are friendly and welcoming, always at the ready to ask if we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our two month stay.

Avons passé 3 nuits dans ce coquet guesthouse situé à environ 10min de Bridgetown (arrêt de bus numéro 6 à proximité). Les photos sont tout à fait conformes à la réalité de cet hébergement spacieux, décoré avec goût. Sa localisation est idéale pour visiter Bridgetown - Oistins - Holetown en bus (www.transportboard.com). Toutefois, pour visiter l'île entièrement, il serait préférable de louer une voiture (conduite à gauche, boîte automatique). Jefferson et son épouse sont adorables, discrets (tout en étant présents si besoin) et n'hésitent pas à donner des conseils et proposer des activités. Ils ont également organisé nos transferts de et vers l'aéroport (30USD). Le petit + : rapport qualité/prix/localisation Le petit - : le matelas qui pourrait être plus moelleux...

Why they chose this property

The apartment is a separate unit that reflects our love of antiques but with a modern twist. The area is surrounded by enormous mahogany trees and sweet lime hedges, hence the name.

Although we are close to town and all amenities the area is peaceful. We enjoy the best of both worlds!
