Clean room, my dog was welcome & he felt comfortable. The host was awesome with communication & super friendly & welcoming. I will definitely stay again!

The kitchen was OK and the bathroom acceptably clean. Unfortunately, the bedroom and basic accommodations were far below what we expected from the listing and photos, especially for nearly 600 for three nights.The mattress was completely sagging and very uncomfortable. After the first night, we moved a mattress from another room ourselves, which made the bed slightly better. The bedroom had no shelves at all, and the closet had neither a door nor a curtain.The window A/C was relatively new but extremely noisy, so we had to use the ceiling fan, while the room remained quite warm. The window sashes around the A/C were extremely dirty. I also removed and cleaned the A/C filters in both the bedroom and living room; they were quite clogged.Only one roll of toilet paper was provided for three days, and there were no towels in the room. We eventually found unfolded towels on top of the dryer. The bathroom trash can was nearly full when we arrived.The recycling bins on the deck were poorly maintained and contained various previously discarded materials, including plastic garbage bags. I ended up taking our recyclables home.Communication with the owner was adequate, although the room information was sent in a voice message that I did not save.Overall, the property did not provide the comfort, cleanliness, or basic amenities we expected for the price. The value was very poor, and I would not recommend this property.
