Beach access is easy with several walkways and the wonderful flat beach is perfect for long walks, beach bikes, or simply relaxing by the water.

This well-designed condominium features many upgrades inside including updated flooring, granite countertops, flat screen televisions, an updated bathroom with vanity sink and tiled shower. The living room is spacious and comfortable for a one-bedroom condominium with gorgeous oceanfront views and you can access the screened in porch from either the living room or the master bedroom. Accompanied with a king bed in the master bedroom, as well as extra bedding with a built-in daybed, plus sleeper sofa 204 B Port O Call supports bedding for five.

Located on the north-east end of the Isle of Palms, 204 B Port O Call is a short walk from many of the amenities that Wild Dunes has to offer, including two golf courses, a day-spa, playground and six restaurants (seasonal). The Isle of Palms Marina is a five-minute drive from Port O Call. There is so much to do at the Marina! You can rent a paddle board or go on a kayak adventure. Schedule an Eco tour of the tidal marsh and uninhabited islands north of the Isle of Palms, hop on a fishing charter, rent a boat or pop in the well-stocked marina store or restaurant. Make sure to check out the beautiful and Historic city of Charleston which is only a 35-minute drive away!

- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- The rental includes a sleeper sofa.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- The Port O Call pool is open year round but not heated.
- There is a community grill available.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Port o Call pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.

- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.
