This amazing property features 4 king beds, 1 bunk bed, and 3 full bathrooms with a jetted bathtub and shower. The lower recreation room offers extra sleeping space with a futon and sofa bed. Guests can enjoy amenities like a large level lawn with camp fire pit and sand beach, pier, hot tub, AC, water sporting equipment, sand toys and exercise equipment. Reliable Star Link WIFI a desk and chair are provided for those needing to squeeze in a bit of work. Everything you need is here including a fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels. Handicap accessible with chair ramp that leads from the black top lot to the front entrance. Explore the many sand bars, restaurants, tiki bars with live music and beach volleyball and incredible fishing and boating on Castle Rock Lake. Return to relax in the tranquil and serene surroundings of this lovely up north retreat. Light a camp fire and enjoy the company of friends and family. Lasting memories will be made!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off all lights and ceiling fans. Close and lock all windows and patio doors. Gently close all vertical blind as these are expensive to replace. Verify front door is locked from the outside.
Store all patio cushions in the deck box. Place all garbage in the bins outside on the side of the garage.
Set thermostat to 74 degrees in Summer, 60 degrees in Winter and mode off in Spring and Summer. Keep in fan in auto.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had a great time here. Castle Rock Lake was lots of fun. House was clean and lots of room for all of us. Leean was very helpful when the hose on the new refrig sprang a leak. We were able to stop the leak but no ice the rest of the trip. Oh well still a great time. We'll be back again.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing, kayaking, fishing, and swimming. The location was ideally peaceful and private. The host was fantastic: responsive, friendly, and made sure every detail was taken care of. We truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches that made our stay special. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

We had 5 adults and 4 kids and the house was roomy and worked perfectly for us. My 6 year old granddaughter is in a wheelchair and having a level lawn was nice to be able to get her to the beach and not having any stairs to deal with. The lake was very weedy which I just can’t stand and my other granddaughter got a rash all over her torso which I “think” was swimmers itch from the lake but I guess that’s not uncommon for the time of year. The only negative thing I would say was there was 3 bags of trash left outside next to the only two trash cans that were also full. Animals chewed holes into the bags and I had to pick up the trash all over the lawn which was baby diapers and other garbage that wasn’t even from our stay, which was pretty gross. I called our host and was told that the person who was supposed to pick up the garbage was in the hospital and she asked for us to move all the excess garbage into the storage shed until someone could pick it up. I emptied the two full garbage cans and moved five 30 gal trash bags to the shed so we could have room for our garbage during our week long stay. Somehow the animals managed to get the door open to the shed and I had to clean up the trash again! I was not a happy camper but I made sure this time the door was shut and put a stick in the hasp to prevent it from happening again. All in all we had a good time and the lake was very beautiful and most of the time we were the only boat out there.

We loved this wonderful, quiet lake-side property with pier access and sand beach. Included kayaks were an added bonus. It really had everything we could have asked for! Had a fantastic time here with our family.

We enjoyed our stay. The lake house was very accommodating for a large group. There were 8 adults and 6 children in our party. The large round table in the kitchen made it possible for us all to eat together. The deck was also very large and spacious for our group. The kitchen was well equipped and bedrooms were comfortable. There was also a laundry room with a great washer and dryer. While the listing was good for us, for our week-long stay it would have been helpful to have more trash cans or a trash pickup service. Thanks again for a memorable vacation.
