It was a great house. The only issue was that we are a group of 74 year old friends. The stairs were hard for a couple of us. I was in the master suite and it was beautiful. Very comfortable. We loved the kitchen and dining area. Such a nice place to eat, play cards and do crafts.

I was in town for a conference and booked this house. It was so roomy with our group we hardly realized the other people. The rooftop views were amazing. The games at this location made sure we had something to do at all times. We were 8 minutes from downtown so always something nearby to eat or go visit. I would definitely stay again

The home was very nice. It was clean and the host was always available via text or phone. He was very accommodating. His hospitality was very appreciated. It made our stay so much nicer and relaxing.

Good location for softball tournament

We stayed for a softball tournament, house was perfect for our larger group. Kitchen had most items we need to cook for a larger group, beds were comfortable. There isn’t a sofa sleeper in the house but there was an air mattress we used, so no issues for us. Would stay again

Great family stay

The house is clean and large enough to accommodate a large family gathering. We received entrance instruction prior to arrival. Appreciated the checkins throught our stay. There is a 2bedroom above the garage that was also equipped with kitchenette and small sitting area.

Great place for large families or groups!

The house is amazing!! We had a family of 15 people and never felt like we were crowded. Nicely decorated and supplied very well! Rooftop was a neat hangout area! Furniture and bedding were comfy! Location was convenient to all things Indy! Host was very responsive and kind!!! Check-in process was smooth.

The BBQ grill needs cleaned. too much grease the whole grill catches fire. Sidewalks could have been cleared. Need more doormats for wet feet. The house worked well for our crew.

The house was dirty, unsafe and lacked the amenities that were advertised. Our family Holiday experience was comprised by so many issues. What is advertised to be luxury, IT IS NOT. Do not stay here if you are looking for luxury and if you are looking for a clean space. So many issues.
Went to make Christmas cookies and the oven was full of grease. Smoking and stinking up our sugar cookies
So many crumbs in the couches. Popcorn and chips. This was after my DIL vacuumed up off of the couch
Comforter has a huge hole. The cleaners didn’t notice?
We had 12 people but opened the cabinet and found only 6 plates. Really?

This guest has been the worst hosting experience in my life. It will be the same for you as well. If this guest ever book your property, run away and decline it. Trust me, the money is not worth it. This is the kind of guest that will look for issues in your home, and trust me she will find it and threaten to report you if she doesn’t get reimbursed. She claimed the house wasn’t clean after she’s been staying in the house for 2 nights, the day before her checkout. We have time stamps of before and after photos. We even offered to have the cleaning team go back and clean the entire home for her at no cost to her and she declined it. The washer did break. However, we rushed someone there on a Sunday to fix it and it was fixed only to find out that she doesn’t even need to use it. We had a brand new comforter for her to use that just came in. We offered to drop it off and she declined it and said that she found another blanket they can use. The plates wasn’t even an issue because she said they used paper plates. This is the kind of guest that complains about the pillows’ firmness, buys pillows and ask you to pay for it! To make her happy, an arrangement was made to give half her money back even after she stayed at the house for the whole duration only to say then that she enjoyed the house. When VRBO stepped in and probably denied her request, she left this nasty review to tank the business almost a month after she checked out. Do not rent to this person!!!
