Enjoy one of New England's most beautiful beaches from the perfect location! This cottage is part of a 3 unit property and is directly behind the oceanfront duplex. Enjoy gorgeous marsh views from the deck and then walk, skip or wheelbarrow race the 32 steps around the duplex to the beach. Only a few miles down the road from the fun of Hampton Beach, a few miles up the road from the upscale shops and restaurants of Newburyport and one mile from the amusements and restaurants of Salisbury beach. A/C, washer/dryer, dishwasher and two full baths for ultimate comfort!
