This is a 3 family house with 1 full time tenant year round. Just steps away from the beautiful sandy beach! We have owned and enjoyed this home for over 30 years. Anything under a full week during the summer weeks, add $250.00

Side by side Unit 1 + 2 - consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, in-unit laundry, combination large open kitchen and living room, bonus big Florida room, balcony on second floor to have your morning coffee or cocktails.

We have an incredible Penthouse Suit available, this is connected to Unit 1. It is a 1 bedroom, 1 living room + kitchen, 1 bathroom with a large front porch over looking the ocean. Has its own grill, patio furniture and lounge chairs. Microwave, airfryer/toaster, fridge only. The sunrise views never get old!

WiFi and Netflix available
private outdoor seating and gas grills sharable to all tenants
Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven/stove, Keurig coffee maker, pots, pans, silver ware.

Must bring your own sheets + towels, we supply pillows and quilts

Perfect stay at Salisbury Beach!

Excellent stay at Salisbury Beach. Clean and well set up 3 bedroom unit. Amazing beach access and great location. Perfect walking distance to center and great breakfast restaurant, bar and convenience store across the street for anything you forget. Such a nice friendly place to stay. Can’t wait to book next year!

We had a wonderful time at Irish Mist! The home is well maintained and is only steps away from the beach. The owner is extremely responsive and easy to work with. We hope to make this a yearly tradition!

Salisbury Like I Remember

I grew up spending a little time every summer at Salisbury, and am so glad my kids got to experience the same. The cottage is clean and has what you need. And the ocean is truly steps away. I loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves.
