This beautiful beach unit includes 5-bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area, 1-bath, 1-garage space plus one tandem off-street parking space. There is additional off-street parking across the street. Streaming TV and WiFi are included. This unit is attached to the owner's unit in a duplex home.

Available for weekly rentals (Saturday to Saturday) and week/weekend rentals in the spring and fall.

Town of Salisbury doesn't allow dogs on beach from April 15th- September 15th. There is a grass area across the street to take dogs. PLEASE PICK UP!

Our stay at the Katrina Cottage was awesome. Dawn did a great job and had the house ready for us to stay the week. So enjoyable!

Location is awesome! Everything was great and worked out wonderfully for our family mini vacation. Would definitely recommend this property and would definitely return. Dawn was very nice to work with.
