Beautiful fully appointed beach house located inside a very private gated community with 24/7 security, which is located right on Ensenada's longest sandy beach. The house is located on the second row of houses within the community, 70 steps from the water and has a terrace which offer a view of the ocean. At night, you can hear the waves breaking, a soothing sound. A warm house with a lot of natural light, located ideally, as it is 7 minutes away from downtown Ensenada, 2 minutes from major shopping centers and 35 minutes from the Guadalupe Valley.
