Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.Welcome to your dream getaway on stunning Lake Murray, where modern comfort meets natural beauty. This beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath lakefront home offers a peaceful, private escape for families and friends seeking both relaxation and adventure.

Tucked beneath a canopy of majestic trees, this elegant retreat offers private lake access—perfect for swimming, paddleboarding, or launching a kayak.

Please note that the guest access into the home is via a code given for a touch pad on the dead bolt of the door.



Other Things to Note:

• Property treated for pests. Lakes provide habitat for a variety of creatures. The owner is not responsible for wildlife or insects, but please let us know of any issues or unusual occurrences.

• Guests using motorized water toys must adhere to Lake Murray's NO WAKE zones. Close to the docks is a NO WAKE ZONE. If you want to boat, tube, or jet ski, please go into bigger water.

• Children must be supervised by an adult when on the dock, swimming, or using any water toys as needed.

• To provide a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, primary guests must be at least 25 years old to book accommodations with us.

• As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we ensure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Trust and Safety Fee or your rental rate. The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $3,000 for content and $3,000 for dwelling. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair above the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and PMI Palmetto will process the payment using the form of payment on file for the Guest. Additional information about the Safely Protection Policy will be provided upon request.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave beds unmade, our team will take care for sheet changing. Clean and put away kitchen dishes, pots, pans, and BBQ grills. Turn off appliances/lights and start the dishwasher before leaving.
Please do not use white bath towels outside. Separate used beach/lake and bath towels at checkout. Leave towels in bathrooms and sheets on beds for inventory and laundering.
Please lock all doors and windows before leaving. To conserve energy, turn off lights/fans and set A/C to 76°F or heat to 65°F, depending on the season.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Enjoy water activities with care, and please use life jackets. Please return all equipment to the house area and avoid dragging across surfaces.
Property is treated for pests. Lakes have wildlife and insects. Owners are not responsible for them. Please report any issues or unusual occurrences.
Motorized water toys must follow Lake Murray's NO WAKE zones (especially, close to the docks). For boating, tubing. jet skiing --use open water areas.

Everything in the house, and about what it includes in reference to what you describe in the post is adequate. The lake is the best of all for children. The spaces are clean and the room is very comfortable. The beautiful kitchen. The only thing I don't give it a 5 stars for is because outside there were a lot of cobwebs on the deck, on the table and in general. Outside the house I feel that it lacked a little more attention. Of everything else perfect. It's worth it. I would return.thank You
