Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Lock all 3 sliders, lock deadbolt front door then leave key in lock box .
Don’t forget to check all spaces, drawers, w/d, and cupboards for your personal belongings

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great home in Marco Island. The house was clean and had everything we needed and more! Pool and view of the canal was awesome. Our favorite place on Marco Island after visiting several times. Sharon was a great host.

Family friendly well appointed property. A few small issues due to the holiday cleaning staff but easily and quickly resolved. The communication with the host was excellent and receptive. The kids adored the pool and we had so much fun. We will keep this as our go-to on Marco.

This house is amazing

We've been going to Marco Island for 5 yrs now & always rent a private home. And I can honestly say this home has definitely been our favorite! The pool area was amazing, & plenty of space for the 8 of us! The manager Sharon was great to work with & answered all our questions right away! We've all agreed that this will forever be our Marco Island vacation home!!

Growing up near Lake Erie and traveling every summer with the family, I always loved being by the water. My vacation home had to be as well! Marco Island is an amazing magical place making it easy to be a host in paradise!

Why they chose this property

Central location! We love being within walking distance to Library, museum, Mackle park, and 1.2 miles to the beach!

What makes this property unique

Definitely the waterfront with as large of a pool and lanai we have. Plenty of play and relaxation room for everyone! South facing rear yard was a must for us to enjoy the sunshine all day and view the sunset down the canal!
