2. WRANGELL ST. ELIAS SUITE – well-appointed with a king bed, private bathroom with walk-in shower, reading chair, and added privacy from its location on a secluded wing of the house. Named for our Alaskan national park that is the largest in the USA.
3. KOBUK VALLEY SUITE – well-appointed with a queen bed, attached bathroom, reading chair, and first floor access. Named for our remote Alaskan national park famous for Arctic sand dunes.
4. KENAI FJORDS SUITE – well-appointed with a queen bed, reading nook, and shared bathroom with tub and shower. Named for our nearby Alaskan national park that features glaciers and orcas.

Guest will have complete access to the entire lodge, including a one car garage and gated property. Additional shared garage space available in the winter months upon request.
We can be available most anytime you need assistance. We will always meet you at the property to cover the basics and to meet you and then head on our way. Should you need anything during your stay we are always monitoring our messages from the Airbnb application.
The Lodge offers seclusion and privacy, while being a part of the Rabbit Creek neighborhood.
The Ptargmigan Roost Lodge is nestled in the Chugach mountains overlooking Cook Inlet and downtown Anchorage.

This is a very unique and special home, well suited for family gatherings, reunions, retreats, meetings, and wedding parties. A special event fee will apply if there are requests for anything outside and above a typical Airbnb stay.
* Only guests on the reservation are allowed on the property.
* All events or gatherings that include extra guests must be approved. There is a nominal fee for additional guests.
* Please remove all shoes inside the home.
* No furniture in the house may be moved. Folding chairs are available for additional seating.
* No smoking of any kind is allowed on the property, inside or outside the home.
* Cleaning fee covers basic house cleaning. Extra cleaning charges will apply for stains, trash removal, moving furniture, excessive dish washing, etc.
* Fires are allowed in the firepit and fireplaces. Two complimentary bags of firewood are provided.
* Pets are allowed with prior approval for a small fee. Additional fees will apply for damage, stains, cleaning, hair removal, and waste clean-up.
* Please ensure all windows and doors are securely closed in the winter.
