Outdoor activities are aplenty with options like shuffleboard and tennis courts, pool tables, splash pads, and community pools. Scenic Old Lake Davenport is only a stone’s throw away where you can lounge on the beach, play volleyball, dine al fresco or go fishing. For dining, stay right onsite and walk next door to the Tradewinds Restaurant and Bar, afterward taking a leisurely stroll to admire the native flora and fauna along the walking trails near the home.

Bedroom #2 is decked out in playful Mickey Mouse décor, inclusive of a full-over-queen bunk bed with steps instead of a ladder, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Due to the high incidence of theft and damage, we do not provide wash cloths for bathing. If you need wash cloths, you will want to bring your own. However, bath towels and hand towels are provided.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for up to 2 vehicles. Parking passes are required and will be provided upon check-in at the front desk.

• Sports equipment can be borrowed for free from the clubhouse – ID is required.

• Gas grills and tennis/pickleball requires require advanced booking.
