From crystal clear private pool, to your own half basketball court, to tennis and volleyball gear and nets provided, to yoga mats, badminton, game room and so much more. We are here to help you create the vacation you desire.

This is a great place to come and enjoy time away from home. The home is big enough to not have to go anywhere else with plenty of amenities, such as pool, half basketball court, open grassy backyard, shaded large outdoor dining & shaded BBQ area with firepit seating overlooking beautiful mountains, plenty of outdoor games & indoor games in the game room, plenty of tvs around the house & best wifi is offered in the area but hey, if that is not enough, the property is really close to many big attractions in the area. The Living Desert Zoo (8.6 miles), Acrisure Arena (4.6 miles), Palm Desert Aquatic Centre (6.8 miles), La Quinta Park (5.1 miles), Boomers PS (13 miles), Cabazon Outlets (45 miles), The Shops at Palm Desert (7.8 miles), Fantasy Springs Casino (8.3 miles), music festivals (Empire Polo Club 8 miles) great restaurants of La Quinta & Palm Desert, community parks , etc are also within minutes of our home. One more thing, if you are a golfer or just enjoy it recreationally, there is over two dozen incredible public golf courses within 5 mile radius of the house and a couple, literally 2-3 lights away from the house! If you are a nature enthusiast, there is some great hikes within a miles drive with plenty of parking, reach out for info, Coachella Valley Preserve is only (8.8 miles from the home) the and if you want to another California must see, one of the most visited parks here, Joshua Tree National Park is only 40 miles away. For those coming out for longer trips, Coachella Valley is an exceptional place to visit, we are located in one of the most warmest places around & in the desert, you will never be bored here, within less than an hour drive in the winter, you can snowshoe, within 2 hours, you can be skiing/snowboarding or enjoying warm climate by the ocean, or visiting beautiful Californian wineries within 1.5 hour drive. So, lots to do at the home and around the home, pack your bags and get ready for adventure and we are here to help with anything you need.

The home is newly renovated and redecorated with desert scapes keeping in mind. The space is bright and inviting with a feeling of relaxation. You can do yoga (mats are provided) on one of the balconies or in the front yard or at the same time have some fun playing sports with balls, rackets and all that you would need provided. The gameroom is completed with bar fridge, board games, pool table and foosball table, the couch is a pullout queen sofa bed where you can stretch out and unwind while watching a movie or sports (smart tv, Netflix, Apple TV and cable). It is located on it's own level with 2 bathrooms where parents can have kids enjoy themselves without worrying of them escaping anywhere as there is only one way to get into the game room, to get outside they will have to come up the stairs into main living areas where adults can relax or have a gathering themselves. It is also a great home for groups, with 3 levels of the home. Those wanting some privacy and quiet could choose the upstairs level, which locks from the main areas, where next 4 bedrooms are located and downstairs game room floor have a door and then, game room itself. So it can be quite an insulation, if people want to gather and stay up, while others want to catch up on their rent perhaps for morning golf or other morning activities or even do some work.

Resort Access:
There is plenty of resorts all around this villa. Miramonte in Indian Wells, which is only 10 mins from the house, 4.5 miles is our favorite but reach out for more recommendations if needed. They have fantastic spa with classes and amazing grounds. Our other favorite is JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort and Spa, access to the grounds is free but services is additional. Try out one of the spa treatments, take a boat to Rockwood Restaurant, enjoy their outdoor spa bistro overlooking golf course or take a walk along beautiful grounds with mini water features with real flamingoes and so much more.

POOL:
Pool: $100/daily fee (More heat is an additional fee)
Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature, so 24 hour advance notice will ensure it will be ready. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.
**Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to end of May (depending on the weather).


KID FRIENDLY HOME:
We provide kids dishes, outlet plugs, pack and play, high chair, there is some kids games. Please reach out in advance if you plan to use those amenities, so our manager can leave it out for you and your family. We also partnered with local kids store and rental company, if you need a crib (we provide pack and play for free) but cribs, car seat, stroller, safety gates or any other items, please reach out and request in advance, we will connect you with them for pricing and kindly help to arrange all you need for your arrival.

PARKING:
Parking in the driveway (4), it is slopped up. If you have a very low to the ground vehicle, you can park next to the empty lot (2 spots) or one additional sport at the end of the 2 story grey house & empty lot. Absolutely no street parking by the neighbor's homes. We manage 4 homes on this street, if you need additional parking, please reach out & we can arrange for extra parking next to the rentals.

FIREWORKS:
Fireworks of all kinds are prohibited at all times in the desert, due to the fire danger. Please ensure not to bring them to the property.

RESPONSIBLE RENTING:
We have wonderful neighbors that welcome you to our neighborhood, please ensure to respect them and the area around you.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request, otherwise, the request will not be valid. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours or can bring in extra staff to expedite cleaning substantially, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out.

CHECKOUT DUTIES:
If you could kindly start a load of pool towels and a load of white towels in the washing machines, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.

CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS:
Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide pack and plays and high chairs complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour in advance notice. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance. Please reach out to our team for details. Please note: Fees will apply for those items. Payable directly to the vendor.

PETS:
We are pet friendly! There is a $75 non refundable fee for the first pets stay and $25 non refundable fee for each additional pet.
We will collect this fee after booking is completed.

NOTE: Please do not have any packages mailed to the home. We do not have access to owner mailboxes. We cannot be held responsible for any packages that arrive to the home.

PERSONAL ITEMS: Items left behind after check out are not our responsibility. You are welcome to come back to the home, if convenient and no guests in the home, to retrieve. We will do our best to return your items to you, as we do our shipping twice a month. The 1st and the 15th. Shipping costs are passed on to the guest.

FESTIVALS:
Please note for the right group we are willing to give a special discount for Coachella and Stagecoach. Referrals and repeated guests will be rewarded with a discount, depending on the time of the year. All festival bookings are non-refundable with additional deposit requirement. Regular noise ordinance is in effect.

Outdoor Heater:
Available to rent for $75/heater which includes 1 can of propane. Please reach out if interested.
