Our host was very responsive and the condo was convenient to groceries, restaurants, shaved ice, and local transportation. The pool/jacuzzi and laundry were just around the corner. Had a problem trying to dry bathing suits and towels though because of rule against hanging them in lanai. Didn't want to hang inside on furniture. The lanai shades on last days malfunctioned but host was going to take care of it asap. Very pleasant hosts.

Clean and cozy condo. Close to pool. Pool area was quite relaxing. Even children there were well behaved. Host answered questions in a timely manor and occasionally checked to make sure everything was going well. Appreciated the use of beach gear. Would stay again.

I moved to Maui over a year ago and before moving I had visited here for over 50 years. Most of my family lives here as well, it is a special place in our hearts. Maui no ka oi! There is no place like this beautiful island.

Why they chose this property

Kihei Garden Estates is a beautiful, small complex. Owners and visitors become friends and form bonds that last decades. You can relax and hide out, or you can socialize and join the fun at the pool and jacuzzi every day and night. It is such a short walk to the beautiful beach, 60 seconds and you are watching the sunset and turtles.

What makes this property unique

The central location is so convenient. You can walk to many shops and restaurants, and you are an easy drive to many other areas on the island. Whichever direction you may want to go, you are in the middle and it will be quicker than many other locations out there for rent.
