You will feel at home in this cozy but spacious one bedroom, one bath, ground floor condo. It is furnished and equipped with all the amenities of home. It has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, full size stove and refrigerator, drip coffee maker, keurig, rice maker, pots, pans and dishes.The bedroom mattress is a comfortable Queen Size Simmons Beauty Rest. The bathroom includes a shower and full size tub and hair dryer. We just purchased a new living room couch with pull out queen bed and memory foam mattress. The condo has two TVs. One in the living room and another in the bedroom.

Love this place!

this is the second time we’ve stayed here and we always feel right at home. Steps to the beach and near one of our favorite shaved ice places! Also nearby restaurants. Can’t beat the location. This place has everything you’ll need - chairs, snorkel gear, umbrella, small cooler. We’re looking forward to coming back!

Great Location

Great Location for a trip to Maui. Staying in Kihei was much better than staying in western Maui because of the traffic and proximity to the whole island. This location in particular was great because it is right next to a dozen restaurants, food trucks, a grocery store, and the beach. We spent our honeymoon here and had a great time!

Perfect little condo

We absolutely loved the location in Kihei! Walking distance to places to eat and shop. Basically right on the beach, beautiful sunsets! We will definitely be thing back.

I loved the location. It was nice to walk across the street to the beach.

The condo had everything we needed. It was across from the beach. Although I didn't see very many people swimming there. Overall it was great!

Perfect place in paradise

This 1 bedroom condo was perfect for us. There’s everything you need for fun (beach towels, pool and beach play things, flashlight for power outage, stores are close by and you can walk across the street to the beach. Pool and hot tub are welcoming too.

PERFECT LOCATION!

We had the most amazing time. The location is everything! Walked to dinner multiple nights, watched the sunset which was steps to the beach, and ate breakfast every morning on the patio! It's definitely a beach stay. The bed was comfy and there was even snorkel gear, chairs and coolers provided. would 100% stay again!

Amazing!

My husband and I stayed here for a few nights in August. The location was perfect! Just steps away from the beach, and the beach was not busy at all while we were there. Lots of tasty places to eat within walking distance. The condo was very clean! They had beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and toys. The pool and hot tub was very clean and relaxing as well. We would stay again. Highly recommend!

Wonderful!

This was our second time at this property and unit and it didn’t disappoint! Everything about KGE is wonderful. This was a great location on Maui across from the beach

This was a very nice location for us. It gave us easy access to everything: shopping, site seeing, restaurants, airport, etc. You are directly across from the beach and can walk over every night to see the incredible sun sets. The unit is very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. There is even an entire cabinet dedicated to plastic for the pool area where there is an outdoor kitchen. The unit owner is wonderful and VERY responsive if you need anything at all. Parking was very easy as there was always availability next to our unit on the street. Lots of restaurants and shopping and beaches very close. I would recommend this unit and I would rent this unit again,

Great Place!

We had a great time at Kihei Garden Estates. There are some great restaurants nearby and it is right next to the grocery store for convenience. Super great, central location for all your exploring. There were a few homeless people that liked to hang out near the condos at night and some others that seemed to be around the beach every day. Never caused us any issues though. The bed is not great but we made due. Hard to tell from the pictures but the patio faces the road, not the gardens. It is still nice out there but a little noisy for sure. Would probably stay again if we go back!

Lovely stay in Kihei

Property as promised, comfy, cozy, across street from beach. Near everything you need. Great mattress very comfortable. Loved everything but TV system, which I’m sure was operator error, but Some personal help would have made Basketball Playoffs much better. Sports bars did not have sound, could watch but not hear! But would definitely come again, just not during playoffs.

We just spent 10 nights here and thoroughly enjoyed it. It’s located steps away from what we decided was our favourite beach/sunset. The complex is well taken care of and is in a quiet area. The condo itself could use a couple updates but everything about it works. Easy keyless entry. If there for an extended time, fresh towels/linens midway through might be nice. (There is a coin operated washer/dryer just outside the room). Full grocery store just steps away. If your style is quieter, laid back door yourself, we would recommend. Thank you Mary for sharing it with us.

Great location, excellent location, well-equipped kitchen

We are a family of three with a two year-old. The condo is a spacious one-bedroom suite. No view from the lanai but we had nice breakfasts there nevertheless. The kitchen was very well-equipped and clean. There were lots of beach towels, a couple of boogie boards, nice beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, and toys for toddlers for the beach. The only missing gear was snorkeling gear! The condo was very quiet and cool enough in the evening with just fans and no AC. The location is money - a block to a private beach, and walking distance to groceries and restaurants. Mary, the owner, was prompt with communication from start to finish, and all interactions occured without a hitch. We would definitely return again!

Very nice appartment

The appartment was very nice, clean, well furnished. Convenient parking. There is a supermarket at walking distance, more a few blocks away. Only one issue: upon arriving, I found the entrance door already wide open !!!

Very short walk to the beach. It was the best beach we had visited in Kihei as it was quiet and less people. Turtles daily. Comfortable bed, clean, stocked with necessities, host was quick to communicate.

Kehei get away

Mary communicated clearly with me, she responded quickly when I asked questions. The property is clean, well kept, and all the things that we needed were here. It was great to have beach chairs and boogie boards on hand!

Very well appointed condo. Kitchen stocked with everything you could need. Laundry very close by. Grounds and pool very nice. Walk to to restaurants, grocery store, etc. Beach is very nice and close.

Wonderful place to stay.

This is a beautiful, quiet place to stay. I highly recommend renting this place. There is a beach just a couple minutes walk from the front door. The grounds are well kept with amazing plants and trees. Mary is a very thoughtful host and the condo is well stocked with amenities.

I love my home in the Pacific Northwest where I hike, ski, cycle and enjoy my children and grandchildren. My favorite place to be when not in Seattle is Maui, where I enjoy the marvelous weather, the ocean activities and beautiful sights of the island.

Why they chose this property

This property is delightful. It is a quiet, lovely complex and the unit is just 300 feet from the beach. A beautiful sunset beach, by the way! It is close to shops, restaurants and great snorkeling beaches. If you want to get away from the busy and crowded tourist areas on Maui, Kihei is definitely the place to stay. It has beautiful beaches and is a quieter part of Maui, but still within driving distance to many of Maui's tourist attractions.

What makes this property unique

You will be 300 feet from a quiet and beautiful Maui Beach in a beautifully landscaped complex. While on a quiet street you will be just one block away from restaurants, shopping, hair and nail salons, a large super market and drug store, a fitness center and much more. Sunsets from our local beach are some of the most beautiful on the island.
