1. Please read our house rules 2. Check-in guests must share a government-issued ID (for security) 3. Allowing pets, this property is not suitable for extreme cleanliness sticklers. 4. This house had kids and so there are a few permanent paint spots visible even after cleaning. And some of the furniture has scratches. It is not dirty. 5. Service area consists of mechanical / storage room in the basement and is locked and off limits for guests 6. Outdoor-only cameras installed for premises safety 7. Noise monitoring is enabled. It does not recognize or store sounds. 8. The entire basement doubles as the 4th bedroom.

Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
The house was filthy. There was blood soaked into carpet and the pillow. The walls were covered in boogers and handprints. The upstairs floors were dirty and the area rug was missing. The upstairs toilet was broken and leaked making the bathroom smell like pee. The TVs didn’t have the Roku’s and couldn’t play any apps. The couch cushions were disgusting and moldy. The host was made aware with pictures and several phone calls.

We appreciate all feedback and take cleanliness very seriously. When concerns were raised during this stay, we responded promptly and provided a refund as a gesture of goodwill. We’re sorry the experience fell short of expectations. Our many returning guests know that a spotless, welcoming space is our top priority, and we remain fully committed to that standard.
This is a nice house in a good subdivision, close to shopping. We appreciated being able to bring our small dogs, and the beds were comfortable. The host responded quickly and was willing to bring small items that we needed. Things to note: there are three bedrooms upstairs with queen or king beds. There is a single bed in the basement out in the open. All the other sleeping arrangements mentioned are living room couch or basement love seats. The back yard is fenced but just take a look out there first and see if you need to put anything in front of the fence in a couple spots depending on pet size.
