Relax and unwind on the beautiful Forgotten Coast. A three bedroom house that includes three beds and two full baths. Hot and cold outdoor shower is available on the property with extensive room downstairs to gather with friends and family. Beach access is less than a 10 minute walk and 2 minute golf-cart ride with parking at the end of the street. Location is walking distance to a nearby market and liquor store. Upon confirmation of reservation, owner will forward rental agreement via email.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please adjust thermostat to 78 degrees Fahrenheit during the summer.
Please put used towels/washcloths/etc. in laundry area of the kitchen.
Please remove all perishable goods from refrigerator.
Please load and start dishwasher – there should be dish detergent pods under the kitchen sink. Please remove trash and put in downstairs can.
Please lock outside screen doors as well as sliding glass doors, and put the red poles back to secure door shut.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
