This NEWLY RENOVATED 6-bedroom house in Vineyard Haven is just a 10 minute walk to public beach, downtown restaurants, bars, shops and ferry.

It is perfectly set up for your family and Friends. With 2 king beds, 3 twin beds, 1 pack & play, 1 queen bed, and 2 full beds, this awesome property offers plenty of space for guests.

The 4 bathrooms are equipped with tub/showers and hair dryers, soap and body wash for your convenience.

There is a large yard with outdoor shower & grill, outdoor lounge chairs, secret garden, fire-pit and picnic tables. Yard is one half acre and is partially fenced.

Inside has been thoughtfully decorated by local Boston-based designer. There is central air though out, a walnut ping pong table in the main living room, a cozy den with large sectional sofa, 2 large smart TVS, sun room, library and dining for 13. There is a bright and airy Chef's Kitchen complete with breakfast nook and plenty of charm!

There is a walnut ping pong table in the living room. It is NOT to be used for beer pong or water pong. It can be used for dining by removing the net

Attic and basement and outdoor barn are off limits to guests. NO pets please, but I may reconsider if there is an additional fee attached

We loved Hannah’s house! Beautiful decor, a well-quipped modern kitchen, very spacious—and a super fun ping pong table the whole family enjoyed. Hannah was very communicative and helpful. We would definitely come back!

What a special house!! We loved our stay! Our whole family loved exploring all the design details and carefully selected accessories & decor.A well appointed gorgeous kitchen allowed us all to enjoy cocktail & meal time!Location is amazing....peaceful, yet an easy & pleasant walk to the main town.This is really a hidden gem.Would love to go back another time woth our family!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was beautiful, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. There were several inviting spaces where family and friends could gather, relax, and enjoy time together, while still having plenty of room to spread out. There were even books and games for the kids, which was such a thoughtful touch.The kitchen was amazing, bright and full of natural light, with everything we could possibly need. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the sheets were so soft they felt like butter!We had a wonderful time on Martha’s Vineyard and can’t wait to come back next year!

This was the perfect place for our family of 9 to stay. The house is beautifully appointed yet comfortable and inviting. There are a variety of rooms to relax in together as well as areas for some quiet time. The kitchen is spacious and perfect for preparing and enjoying family meals. The walk to the ferry and into town is 10-15 minutes and there are two small beaches within walking distance also. The owner was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely home and surroundings! Ample space for everyone to find their own little space. BEAUTIFULLY renovated kitchen, with high end appliances!!! House is well appointed and feels homey. Hannah was very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely rent again.

This was a dream home for my family’s annual vacation. There are so many enjoyable features like the chef’s kitchen , 4 full bathrooms, family room, and a game room, games with ping pong table, all the equipment needed for the beach and an amazing yard with lots of chairs ,fire pit and a hammock. The neighborhood is beautiful and you can walk to restaurants and coffee. Questions were quickly responded to. This house made our trip perfect.

We had the absolute BEST time in this beautiful house. Hannah is absolutely amazing and was so helpful with everything we needed. The house is stunning and so cozy. The entire group I traveled with talked about how this house is our dream house! We had 13 people and we all fit very comfortably. The outdoor shower was heavenly, and the kitchen was so much fun to hang out in and talk after a long summer of not seeing one another. The beds were extremely comfortable, too! The house is a close walk to restaurants, stores, and the water and a short drive from the airport/other popular areas. We really hope to stay again the next time we visit!
