Please place any towels in the hamper in the bathroom.
Please place dishes in dish washer and start and bring trash out to the dumpster.
Please turn TV's off and set heat or ac 68 degrees
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Trash Removal is on Wednesday and mowing takes place on Thursday unless weather doesn't allow. Please afford employees space to perform these duties
Use of the bunk beds is at your own risk. Children under 6 should not use the top bunk. Ensure the ladder and rails are secure before use.

The home is surrounded by nature, you have a one minute walk to the beach, nature trails at the end of the driveway and your surrounded by atv and snowmobile trails close by.
