*NEW heated saltwater pool in Nov 2026 (not before). Luna is one block from the beach and less than one mile from 6 pickleball courts. Spacious 2000 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths with each bedroom having its own private bathroom. Master suite has a Kohler tub and walk in shower. All bedrooms have a balcony. The duplex is 1 block from the beach and footsteps away from Dunkin Donuts, Publix grocery and restaurants. The Pier is very close by and offers a bar, restaurants and shopping. Other features include granite countertops, 10 ft ceilings, 8 ft doors, lots of natural light, nicely finished floors and private garages.

It was very beautiful. The host was very accommodating when we had to have some changes and move the reservation from me to my father due to me not being able to go anymore, and we were able to get it resolved really quick. They loved staying there. A five minute walk from the beach.

The house was a perfect location for our family. We loved the closer access to the beach and beach gear provided. Greg was available constantly during our state if we had any questions. The bedrooms all had private bathrooms. It was a great place to stay.

Host very easy to contact. Great space, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, right next to grocery store and close to beach. Balconies and porches were a nice touch. More than enough bathrooms made it easy for whole family to stay comfortably. Perfect spot for a good deal

Great vacation home

Great vacation spot very close to beach , just in walking distance, close to restaurants. The house was very spacious and nice and the owner was easy to get in contact with. My family had a great time together there.

The house was beautiful with a lot of open space. Having three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and a private balcony expanded the living space even more. I was even able to watch a rocket launch from the bedroom balcony one night late.

Beach vacay

Greg's place was so nice, spacious and clean! 5 of us stayed and we had plenty of room to be together to watch a movie and eat our meals and also to spread out and have our own space. The location is great, just a block from the beach. Shops and restaurants are close by. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a lovely property

It was a nice big property and all the the beach supplies came in very handy. You can rent the big boards and bikes but the boogie boards were free and more our speed

Our stay was wonderful. Just as described, the property is just steps from the beach on a quiet street, but still very close to dining and entertainment options. The house is VERY large, and a great value. It worked perfectly for our three-generation family, staying for a couple days to check out the space center and beaches before getting on our cruise. Having a bathroom attached to each bedroom was especially nice. Our tween boys loved the foosball table as well. Communication with Greg, the host, was always extremely quick, clear, and friendly. We cruise once a year out of Port Canaveral, and we expect this house to be our regular pre-cruise vacation spot!

Family Beach Vacation

We LOVED our stay here! So close to the beach and everything else. We walked down to the beach every day!! The house was clean, well equipped, & very spacious. If we ever come back to cocoa beach we will stay here! I’ve already recommended it to a friend as well.

Love Cocoa Beach and wanted my own slice of heaven. I love to walk to the beach with my wife and kids and just enjoy everything the area has to offer.

What makes this property unique

Cocoa Beach is so close to the cruises in Cape Canaveral and the theme parks in Orlando. But the theme parks can't offer you the beach and the relaxation...
