Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Clean the grill if you use it subject to $50 fee if left dirty
Follow the hot tub rules. If the hot tub needs to be dumped due to excessive use, there will be a $100 fee charged to the Guest.
Leave the sheets on the beds and put the comforters back on the beds
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
