The house is very popular for major Oshkosh events. EAA, Battle on Bago, Ribfest, and others.

Great place for EAA!

I can’t tell you how much we enjoyed Nicholas’s home for EAA. There were 7 of us and the home had plenty of space for everyone to spread out, my 2 kids even had their own bedrooms! We enjoyed the peacefulness of the back yard while we grilled, the hot tub was key for my 2 teenage boys. I wound absolutely recommend this home. Nicholas went above and beyond to make sure my family was comfortable.

Great Place for EAA

Perfect place to stay for EAA Oshkosh. Just a few minutes from the airport. Super clean and kids had a blast playing with the pinball machine downstairs. Could not have asked for a better place to stay.

Spacious and beautiful home

My family and I had a wonderful week in Oshkosh! The home was clean, spacious, and a great location! It’s close to everything, but you walk out on the back patio and feel like you are in the country. Everyday we saw deer in the field next to the backyard. Best of both worlds.

Wedding Weekend Stay

Our sister was married at the Paine and myself, husband, parents two sisters and their spouses stayed for a long weekend. So close to everything from the salon appointment to the rehearsal dinner brewery. It felt like home. Loved the hot tub and room to spread out. Saw a lot of deer and turkeys in the back yard. One buck! Thanks!

Perfect for our group

We were in town for a regatta and the house was just what we needed. Plenty of room for everyone (two couples and 4 singles) and a very fun basement. Hot tub was welcomed after a long day of sailing. We were able to cook all of our meals and save money by not going out...we didn't even want to.

Exactly as described, this house was great for our family of 7 spanning 3 generations. The housebook w/honest reviews of local eateries was nice; we loved the backpatio & fire pit. The basement game room was a hit w/kids & adults of all ages. Nick was a perfect host. Bed we're super comfy & we slept better each night. Definitely would book again.

Couldn't Have Been Better

We rented this home for ten days during the EAA Airventure event in Oshkosh. Beautiful home with a great location and the owner is a fantastic guy to work with! We loved the hot tub, beautiful views, convenient location and downstairs recreation area!
