Property was clean and stocked with plenty of towels and bedding, had toiletries in case you forgot any. Was equipped with kitchenware, was able to make breakfast lunch and dinner for myself and enjoy the views from the patio. Was a very relaxing and peaceful getaway.

We had a great stay! MJs is the perfect location to everything! The out door fire pit and table area were wonderful in the evenings! Great view of the Santa Elena canyon and close to cottonwood general store! Will be back!

Convenient location. Clean and well equipped. Quit and comfortable. Not particularly attractive surroundings and several places going in next door.

The location is awesome! Close to west side of Big Bend NP and Terlingua. Cabin had everything we needed for cooking including a two burner portable stove, outdoor grill, and counter oven for baking and air frying, and the Cottonwood Genl Store was 2 mins away for food necessities. We had one issue with our hot water not heating on the first day and Daryl (owner) was responsive to our evening call and had it fixed in no time! Cabin was clean, sheets/towels/shampoo were supplied for our use. Would recommend and stay here again.
